Why use ToolsKit?
- Private by design: entries and files are processed on your device, not uploaded.
- No account: open a tool and use it.
- Explained, not just computed: every page shows the formula, a worked example and answers to common questions.
- Light on data: plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no frameworks, so pages load quickly on mobile.
How our tools work
Each tool is a small program written in JavaScript that runs inside your browser tab. When you press Calculate, the script reads your inputs, validates them, applies a documented formula and shows the result. For file tools, the browser's File, Canvas and Blob features read and create files locally. Because there is no server step, there is nothing to wait for and no copy of your data to leak.
Frequently asked questions
Are the tools really free?
Yes. There is no signup, no paywall and no usage limit. The site may show advertising in future to cover running costs; see the Privacy Policy.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Calculations, text processing, image reading and PDF creation run inside your browser. Your files and entries are not sent to our servers.
Do the tools work offline?
Once a page has loaded, the tool logic runs locally, so most tools keep working without a connection until you reload.
Can I rely on the results?
The calculators use standard formulas, but institutions, tax authorities and employers may apply their own rules. Verify anything important.
